This homeowner began noticing their cedar shake roof was dramatically aging and cutting into the curb appeal of their home. The skylights were causing issues as well.
Having a large roof which you feel made need to be replaced can make anyone a little nervous. Afterall, roofs do not come cheap. The homeowner was also nervous about the time it would take to complete a full roof installation, how it might inconvience his family during the installation process and the how the cleanup would go. We had to ensure the homeowner that our crews take great care when it comes to ensuring equipment is placed in a convienent area during construction, clean up is consistent throughout and that our customers are 100% satified during the whole process.
A representative from Legacy Restoration reached out to the homeowner because it looked as if his roof may have damage. Upon a full exterior home inspection, the rep identified storm damage in the roof and skylights. The Legacy team worked with the customer's insurance and oversaw the restoration project as well. Once the new roof was selected, the homeowner's installation process began.
During the installation process, the construction team worked hard to ensure the proper steps were taken so minimal waste was present on the homeowner's property during installation. They also used the correct equipment and placement of disposals to make sure cleanup with quick and fully handled while keeping the rest of the home safe as well.fter full installation, the homeowner was very pleased with the look of their new roof which added the extra curb appeal they were seeking. We love making our customers happy to show off their home!
