As we continue to navigate through the unique challenges posed by COVID-19, we would like to share an update on how Legacy is responding. Our number one priority continues to be the safety and health of our team, customers, vendor partners, as well as each of their families and the communities we serve.  

At this time, none of our employees have tested positive for COVID-19. However, we are committed to doing our part to flatten the curve and practice recommended CDC guidelines. Effective March 16, all nonessential business travel has been canceled, telecommuting and work from home structures that have been executed, increased cleaning and sterilizing measures are being taken at our facilities, preventative hygiene  practices are being enforced, and social distancing strategies are in place for our outside sales and production teams.

 

While we certainly enjoy face-to-face interactions with our valued customers, our business model allows us to complete your exterior remodeling or storm restoration project without coming in to physical contact with you, your family or the interior of your home.

 

Because the situation is complex and evolving rapidly, please be advised that until further notice our business plans will reflect the following:

 

Our outside sales teams will continue to knock doors while adhering to social distancing protocol, however if you're not opening your home at this time, you may use the contact info located on door hangers to schedule an exterior inspection of your property, request an estimate or schedule a consultation. Our team is equipped with video conferencing tools to handle your project remotely from start to finish and most of our installers work on the outside perimeter of your property. For those with upcoming builds, note that our team has the capacity to work 100% outside of your property and all communication can be conducted via phone, video calls or email. Regardless of your need, our entire team is available via phone, video call or email during regular business hours and emergency assistance is available via phone 24/7.
