Specializing in residential, multifamily and commercial storm damage restoration, Legacy Restoration is dedicated to restoring properties to pre-storm condition. Legacy understands that weathering a storm or being without secure shelter can be difficult, however restoring your home and regaining a sense of stability should not be. This is why their purpose statement reads, ‘Our purpose is to improve the quality of life for our customers and employees through the pursuit of excellence in exterior home restoration.’
Giving back to the community with an overall mission of helping others build and sustain their legacy, has been a centerpiece of Legacy Restoration from day one. At the heart of it, Legacy’s mission is to “restore.” However, having a safe and sound place to call home goes much deeper than providing shelter. The notion of home breathes hope, stability and love. Legacy’s dedication to their core values has taken their restorative mission beyond the landscape of our customer base and laid the foundation for giving back to our community as well.
While Legacy Restoration has been donating roof replacements and other exterior work for years through various local organizations here in Minnesota, as they expand their operation across the U.S. (receiving a spot on the Top 100 Roofing Contractor in the U.S. list for 2016 and 2017) they felt it was time to expand their philanthropic footprint as well.
The roofing installation in Hutchinson, Minnesota, through Crow River Habitat for Humanity on August, 30, 2017, will serve as the first of many projects as Legacy Restoration announces their national partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Legacy has pledged to donate labor, product and/or volunteer services for three housing builds per year, per market they serve. This will include the metro areas of Plymouth, MN, Denver, CO, and Shreveport, LA.
“The heart and mission behind Habitat for Humanity perfectly aligns with our overall purpose, values and vision here at Legacy. We believe that a home is more than the walls that surround you and keep you safe each night, it is a place where one can cultivate hope and a sense of self that prepares them to live their best life,” says Brookley Wofford Topel, the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Legacy Restoration. “Your home is part of your legacy. Restoring and rebuilding homes is part of our legacy. To play a part in the Crow River Habitat for Humanity’s 25th home build as we launch this national partnership was a tremendous experience for our team!”
