I want to personally thank my team for staying in continuous communication with me every step of the way. Our rep was extremely detailed, careful and obviously process oriented Our rep sold us your services and it is he who brought it all the way to the finish line. Admittedly, we were challenging to convince that everything would lineup early between us, Legacy and our insurance company but our rep and his senior associate worked closely with my husband to reassure of the nature of the process and that time would eventually be on our side. The roofing project was approved, the materials arrived and the crew blew the work out of the park. The roofing looks beautiful. We could not be more happy with how all things came together. I feel there was excellent communication made to really reassure us that everything would be handled well and it was.
