Our Colorado Legacy team took a break from their jam-packed schedules this week for a morning volunteering with our local charitable partner, Project C.U.R.E.! Our team had a blast helping the Project C.U.R.E. crew sort and package a range of medical supplies as well as load containers being shipped to the Ukraine and Poland to provide medical care and attention for those in-need.
This organization was founded in Colorado in 1987 and has since followed the mission of ensuring individuals in over 130 developing countries are not denied healthcare due to a lack of medical supplies. Last year alone, Project C.U.R.E (Commission on Urgent Relief and Equipment) delivered 183 semi-truck sized containers packed with these life-saving medical supplies and equipment to 48 countries on 5 continents – that’s 2-3 cargo boxes per week coming from these facilities across the nation!
Our team had a blast working together and with the Project C.U.R.E. team to help bring these numbers to life – little by little.
