This year over 220 individuals were sponsored by the Legacy Team during our Annual Adopt-A-Family Program with our national charitable partner, Volunteers of America!
It was a record year for Legacy’s efforts with this initiative which focuses on spreading joy to families in transition and those receiving foster care services from our local charitable partners in Minnesota, Illinois & Colorado! Over $26,500 was donated by Legacy to equip our staff with funds to purchase gifts on the wish lists they received from their sponsored individual.
To wrap up this month-long initiative, last week the Legacy teams in MN, CO & IL enjoyed a day of team building as we prepared gifts to be delivered to these delivering individuals during this season of giving!
