This weekend Minnesota experienced one of the most significant hail storms we have seen in quite some time. In an effort to help guide homeowners on navigating the exterior home restoration process, Legacy Restoration was featured as an expert on KSTP 5 Eyewitness News. From the aftermath of the hail storms that swept the Twin Cities area this weekend to ensuring you’re working with a reputable contractor who has experience with widespread hail storms, KSTP’s Renee Cooper and the Legacy Restoration Team brought the full story to the viewing area. A spotlight was cast on the tireless efforts of our dedicated team as they stepped up to assist homeowners in assessing and addressing the hail damage. One of our valued homeowners was highlighted in the story, underscoring the pivotal role of our service representatives and their ability to respond quickly when storms hit.
Branden, one of our exceptional Multifamily Service Representatives, collaborated closely with the homeowner to meticulously review the damage to her residence. With the assistance of Austin, our FFA Certified Drone Technician, they surveyed and documented the extent of the hail damage and impact to the homeowner’s roof. Their next steps will be ensuring our homeowner’s insurance has this documentation. Once an insurance claim is filed, our team will continue navigating the homeowner through the process of a full restoration to their property.
Our CEO/Founder, Scott Mullins, also took the spotlight during the coverage. In his interview, he emphasized the importance of homeowners being well-informed about their insurance policies and partnering with licensed, accredited contractors. Mullins highlights the importance of checking to ensure a contractor is BBB accredited (with a score of A+ or A being the most desirable) and that their track record shows positive customer feedback and attention to closing customer complaints.
