Legacy Restoration is seeking an HR Recruiter with a passion for finding top talent in the construction industry. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring talent for our fast-growing company. The individual will partner with HR, Hiring Managers, and Leadership to understand staffing needs. Our ideal candidate is energetic, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Conduct interviews and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Assist managers with developing engaging job ads to match position responsibilities and the talent market.
  • Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends.
  • Proactively develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with Human Resources.
  • Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs, and professional events to support Legacy’s growth plan.
  • Build community relationships by researching, contacting, and connecting with colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, and other applicable sources.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.


  • • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, communications, or related field, preferred.
  • • Minimum of 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • • Experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • • Exceptional interpersonal communications skills, specifically written and oral.Proven ability to manage multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
  • • Knowledge of recruitment databases and external job websites.
  • • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
