The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing positive customer service and building customer relationships. This person will manage customer communications from scheduling project start details to following up once trades are completed.

Responsibilities

  • Contact homeowners via phone, email, and text regarding their material delivery and building schedule as well as how to prepare their property for the project.
  • Update homeowner with schedule changes.
  • Contact homeowners via phone and email regarding their completed trades and record their experience.
  • Follow up with production and sales departments if the homeowner has any questions or concerns.
  • Other administrative duties and production support as assigned.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • 2+ years of professional work history in an office environment
  • Fluent in English, other languages are plus.
  • Strong Customer Service skills.
  • Positive phone presence with experience in high-volume calls.
  • Strong computer processing skills and the ability to adapt to new programs.
  • Working knowledge of Gmail Suite, Microsoft Office, and other basic programs.

Qualifications

  • Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented with exceptional self-awareness and accountability.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset.
  • Very strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Construction experience and product knowledge preferred.
