Case Studies: Major Storm Damage Gave Way to a Gorgeously Restored Home

Unaware of the substantial damage environmental elements had impacted her home, this resident was (at first) surprised to receive a door knock from a Legacy Restoration representative. After accepting a free exterior home inspection, our team member was able to point out storm damage which was negatively affecting the integrity of her home.

With seemingly small repair items adding up and factoring in the timespan they had each sat before being addressed, our team knew this may end up being a larger project. Our inspections showed that storm elements had caused most of this damage, and a Legacy representative immeditaly began to work with the homeowner’s insurance company in order to have those items taken care of. With additional findings of mold and other unforseen project aspects, this makeover turned into the larger project our team thought it may become. Also, after the project began, the homeowner opted to have other exterior items beautified during the process including her deck and stone accents. Taking a look at the entire scope of this project excited both the homeowner and our team – because despite the challenges we all knew it would be a beautiful top to bottom makeover when completed.
